Annual Maintenance Contract

Period of Contract

The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the AMC. It may be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory service and fulfillment of the terms and conditions.

AMC Includes

The AMC cost covers:

  • Travel expenses.
  • Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System, including 9–48 scheduled visits (unlimited in case of breakdown) for:
  • Camera visibility tests.
  • DVR/NVR recording tests.
  • DVR/NVR settings verification.
  • Disk error checks.
  • Services and connectors are included in the AMC.
  • Provision of standby CCTV on a best-effort basis, even in non-comprehensive AMCs.

AMC Excludes

The following are not included in the AMC:
  • Physical damage to any part of the system caused by your staff or any unauthorized personnel, which will result in termination of the warranty.
  • Part replacements are not covered under non-comprehensive AMCs.
  • Password resets, product relocations, and data backup services are chargeable.

Service Tax

The AMC cost does not include service tax imposed by state or central government for rendering these services.

Working Hours

Maintenance work will typically be conducted during the customer’s working hours. However, in emergencies, maintenance may be performed outside of office hours and on holidays, provided prior arrangements are made through proper communication with the servicing agency.

Final Authority

The final authority for payments will rest with the Head of the Organization offering the AMC.

Payment Terms

Payments for all AMCs will be made on an annual or bi-annual advance basis.
